Once we descend to the deeper levels of our mind through meditation, we encounter the Super-Conscious area – our seat of consciousness. The subtle energies that reside there on which we will now begin to draw will heal us mentally and physically – soothing away tension from the mind and body and restoring balance and greater synchronicity between the body, mind and spirit.

The peace we experience when we meditate is so wonderful; we can feel the stress melting away, and with regularity of practice, we feel those subtle energies healing and supporting us.
That’s why most of us can’t wait to meditate and practice regularly as we know we are healing our soul each time we practice.
