When you choose a “quick fix” (technique or otherwise), you only treat the effect and not the cause.  We live in a world of instant gratification – the world of the quick fix. The reality is quick fixes do not work in personal unfoldment.

Quick fixes are neither lasting nor sustainable. A quick fix for any problem is only meant to hold things together until an effective long-term solution is found. It’s merely the proverbial plaster on the wound. Furthermore, no quick fix is designed to change habits.

All lasting inner change requires time, and effort and perseverance is the key to personal transformation. The quick fix is transient – if we want to change our lives, we have to do the work.

So, the seemingly easy or quick route is usually not the most effective.

So, keep meditating and apply conscious effort and you will succeed!
